KHIMJI SEYANI (CHAIRMAN)
K.B Seyani began his career as a site agent with Foale & Co. Ltd where he worked from 1964 to 1970. He left Foale & Co. Ltd to form M/S VAKKEP, a firm of building contractors, in partnership with others. In 1973 Mr K.B Seyani joined Jina Ratna contractors as a partner. In 1973 he formed SEYANI BROTHERS & CO LTD where he served as a director until his elevation to chairman.
HIRJI SEYANI (MANAGING DIRECTOR)
H.K Seyani joined Seyani Brothers & Co. Ltd as a foreman. He was assigned to Jomo Kenyatta Memorial Library, Taita Taveta District Development Programme for DANIDA and Maisonettes in Lavington for Sheikh Amin. He rose to become Site Agent and handled several of our projects. These include Kenya Commercial Bank, Sarit Centre, Nairobi Union Bank, Isiolo District Hospital, Barclays Bank Karatina and Jomo Kenyatta University College of Agriculture and Technology (JKUCAT) phase 1,2 & 3. Mr H.K Seyani has also served as Project Manager where his duties included coordinating site and office activities. He was also involved in tendering procedures. Some of the projects he coordinated include construction of Barclays Bank branches at Kisii and Limuru, additional works at Jubilee Insurance Kisumu, ICRAF, Village Market recreation facilities, KEFRI at Muguga and Kituii. Currently he is Managing Director based at Nairobi.
KARSAN SEYANI (FINANCE DIRECTOR)
K.K Seyani is Finance Director . He joined Seyani Brothers and Co. Ltd as foreman where he was involved in projects like the Lavington Maisonettes for Sheikh Amin, bungalows for Wangema Ltd at Kiambu – Kenya and expansion of Isiolo District Hospital. He was Site Agent for construction of go-downs and an office block in the Industrial Area, JKUCAT Phase 1, 2 & 3, ICRAF and Village Market. He was Project Coordinator for construction of East Africa Portland Cement Plant at Athi river. As Project Coordinator, he was involved in project planning and implementation where he managed all site operations. Currently he is In-Charge Finance Operations.
NIMESH K. SEYANI: (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR) He has been a site agent for Calbro (U) Ltd Offices, Sarova Paraa Offices & Residence, Indian High Commission Residence, Caltex Gaba Road Service Station, Caltex M.M. Service Station, Caltex Wempemo Service Station, Caltex Luzira Service Station, and Citi Bank (U) Ltd.
